Abstract |
Subject and goals. The article discusses the concept of sustainable development of socio-economic systems through the prism of solving issues of increasing productivity. The content of the concept of “high-performance jobs” is analyzed, as well as the methodology for identifying and accounting for them in the Russian economy. The significance of creating high-performance workplaces for solving the problems of ensuring the sustainable development of socio-economic systems has been determined.
Materials and methods. Particular attention is paid to the current method of calculating the indicator for the growth of high-performance jobs. As a criterion for the selection of organizations (enterprises) with high-performance workplaces, the threshold value of the average monthly wage of workers for one replaced workplace, differentiated by types of enterprises and subjects of the Russian Federation, is established.
Results. It is noted that with such a method, a decrease in the number of high-performance workplaces is observed, mainly in multiterritorial enterprises and their separate subdivisions. The problem is that when determining a high-performance place for multiterritory enterprises, a threshold value is established for wages by type of economic activity on average in Russia. Provided that wages at multiterritorial enterprises operating in the region do not overlap with the threshold wage by type of economic activity in the Russian Federation – an enterprise with all the average number of employees is not included in the number of high-performance jobs.
Conclusions. The article substantiates that within the framework of the concept of sustainable development of socio-economic systems, approaches to modern investment policy should be revised not only at the federal level, but also at the region in terms of its reorientation towards the development of the number of high-performance jobs. The formation of a system of highperformance jobs in the Russian market, in turn, will help increase the competitiveness of Russian products, reduce production costs and differentiate the population in terms of quality and quality of life, which will help ensure sustainable development.
